Our Story

Ambrosia Bistro, a culinary gem nestled in the heart of Greenwich Village, New York City, wasn't built overnight. It's the culmination of a lifelong dream nurtured by Chef Alessandro Rossi, a passionate culinary artist who traded the sun-kissed hills of Florence, Italy, for the bustling energy of New York. Alessandro’s journey began in his grandmother's kitchen, where he learned the secrets of authentic Italian cooking – the art of perfectly al dente pasta, the delicate balance of flavors in a classic tomato sauce, and the magic of transforming simple ingredients into extraordinary meals.

In 2018, Alessandro's vision became a reality with the opening of Ambrosia Bistro.
